URGE REASONABLE HOURS NOT ENDURANCE

In some workplaces, the unwritten rule of success seems to keeping the same hours as your manager, however long they may be. Don’t let this attitude take root in your organization. Encouraging employees to drag out their day can cause hostility and hurt productivity. Let your team members know they should plan sensibly, get done what has to be finished, and not worry about matching anyone else’s schedule. If employees know that results count, not the number of hours they work, their willingness to put in extra hours when necessary will grow on its own.
