Our new California State and Federal Poster now measures 27 x 39, and will include the USERRA posting.
The 2010 posters include the following changes:
- The Federal Equal Employment Opportunity
- The Genetic Information Non-Discrimination Act (GINA)
- Federal Minimum Wage Notice
The posters are attorney-approved and, as we have said, meet all your general state and federal posting requirements.
The new poster is available to members for $24.00, and $33.00 for non-members. Cost includes tax, packaging and postage—still well below that of any resale on the open market.
Some companies may be required to post additional notices depending on their operation,
such as forklifts, fire extinguishers, and bloodborne pathogens. Those can also be ordered
on the same form. We've simplified the ordering process, and now all you have to do is
fill out a PDF form (at right) and submit it by email.
