This form must be completed by the PIASC member and then reviewed by the Classifieds Administrator. If approved, your ad will appear within 48 hours on the web. If you have questions about placing your ad, feel free to contact Ara Izquierdo at Ext. 216 or Erika Tucker at Ext. 247.

Your ad will remain on the web for a maximum of 30 days unless you notify the Classifieds Administrator by email to cancel it. Should you decide to run the ad for another 30 days, please resubmit the form before its expiration date. In addition, your ad will appear in the Weekly Update for one week as space is available.
